Rabbit anti Human KLF14

KLF14 is a member of the KrŸppel-like factor family of transcription factors. It regulates the transcription of various genes, including TGF RII (the type II receptor for TGF ). KLF14 is expressed in many tissues, lacks introns, and is subject to parent-specific expression.

Antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry (2-4 µg/mL) and Western blotting (1-2 µg/mL). Optimal concentration should be evaluated by serial dilutions.
