Indirect immunostaining of living rat hippocampus neurons with rabbit anti-GluA (cat.  no. 182 408, dilution 1  : 500, red) . Neurons have been incubated with antibody containing culture medium for 30  min. After washing and fixation with PFA, internalized antibodies have been revealed with FluoTag anti-Rabbit IgG (N2404-At542, dilution 1  : 500, red) . MAP 2 has been counterstained with mouse anti-MAP 2 (cat.  no. 188 011, dilution 1  : 1000, green) . Nuclei have been visualized by DAPI staining (blue) .
