CRTAM/CD355, Canine (HEK293, His)
The CRTAM/CD355 protein is a key mediator of heterophilic intercellular adhesion and complexly regulates the activation, differentiation, and tissue retention of T cell subsets. Its interaction with CADM1 promotes NK cell cytotoxicity and CD8+ T cell secretion of IFNG, thus contributing to NK cell-mediated tumor rejection. CRTAM/CD355 Protein, Canine (HEK293, His) is the recombinant canine-derived CRTAM/CD355 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
