Sap130, Mouse (His)

Sap130 Protein, a transcriptional repressor, participates in mSin3A corepressor complex assembly or enzymatic activity. It's a component of the complex, including SIN3A, SAP130, SUDS3/SAP45, ARID4B/SAP180, HDAC1, and HDAC2. Sap130 also interacts with CLEC4E, especially when released by dead or dying cells.
