It's a component of the complex, including SIN3A, SAP130, SUDS3/SAP45, ARID4B/SAP180, HDAC1, and HDAC2. Sap130 also interacts with CLEC4E, especially when released by dead or dying cells. Sap130 Protein, Mouse (His) is the recombinant mouse-derived Sap130 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag.
