Specificity
Recognizes both the occupied and unoccupied forms of chicken VDR. Does not crossreact with estrogen or glucocorticoid receptors. In avians, VDR appears as a doublet of 58 and 60kD. Species Crossreactivity: porcine, mouse, rat, hamster, frog, human and fish.
