Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor (TFPI)

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile buffer. Aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes mouse rmTFPI in direct ELISAs and Western Blots. Shows no crossreactivity with rhTFPI or rmTFPI-2. Species sequence homology: rat, 73%,; human/chimpanzee, 61%; and canine 54%.
