TCF 1 (T-cell Factor 1)

May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes endogenous levels of total human TCF1 protein at 48 and 50kD. Does not recognize the dominant negative isoforms of TCF1 lacking the amino-terminal beta-catenin binding domain and does not crossreact with LEF1. Species Crossreactivity: mouse
