May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes recombinant mouse Shh N-terminal peptide. In western blots, ~50% crossreactivity with the N-terminal peptide from recombinant mouse Dhh (aa 23-198), no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Ihh (aa 66-240), and no crossreactivity with the C-terminal peptides of recombinant mouse Dhh (aa199-396) or recombinant mouseShh (aa199-437).
