May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Specificity

Recognizes human Retinoblastoma (Rb). Reacts with hyperphosphorylated and un (under) phosphorylated form of Rb. Specifically stains the nuclei of BT-20 cells and primary human foreskin fibroblast (HFF) cells. Does not react with p107 or p130. Does not crossreact with mouse or rat.
