Recognizes endogenous levels of human Protein Phosphatase 2A, A Subunit, both a and b isoforms at ~62kD. Does not crossreact with other Protein Phosphatase 2A subunits. Species Crossreactivity: monkey, rat, mouse, Drosophila melanogaster.
