Product Specifications
Gene Name
[PDGFRa]
NCBI Gene ID
5156
Reactivity
Human
Storage Conditions
May be stored at 4 degree C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid for 12 months. Dilute only pror to immediate use. APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
Specificity
Recognizes human PDGFRa. Does not recognize the PDGF receptor beta -subunit. Binds to the PDGF receptor alpha -subunit of primate species (human, monkey, baboon) and canine. Does not recognize rat or mouse receptors and its ability to bind to receptors from other species has not been tested.
