Nephrin (NPHN, CNF, Nephrosis 1 Congenital Finnish Type, NPHS1, Renal Glomerulus-specific Cell Adhesion Receptor)

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute by adding sterile PBS. Aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes human Nephrin. In ELISA and Western Blot, shows ~20% crossreactivity with recombinant mouse Nephrin. Species sequence homology: mouse (84%), canine (89%).
