IL12A (Interleukin-12 Subunit alpha, IL-12A, Cytotoxic Lymphocyte Maturation Factor 35kD Subunit, CLMF p35, IL-12 Subunit p35)

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes mouse IL12A. Species crossreactivity: recombinant mouse IL-12 p35+p40 heterodimer, recombinant rat IL-12 p35 (50%). Does not react with recombinant human IL-12 p35, recombinant mouse IL-12 p40, IL-23 p19+p40 heterodimer, recombinant canine IL-12 p35+p40 heterodimer, recombinant feline IL-12 p35+p40 heterodimer.
