Immunoglobulin-Like Transcript 3 (ILT3, CD85k)(Carboxyfluorescein)

May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Carboxyfluorescein conjugates are sensitive to light.

Recognizes human ILT3/CD85k. In direct ELISAs, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with with recombinant human (rh) ILT5 is observed. Does not cross-react with rhILT1, rhILT2, rhILT4, rhILT7, rhILT11, rhLIR-6 or rhLIR-8.
