Glutathione Peroxidase 3 (GPX3, GSHPx-3, GPx-3, GSHPx-P, GPx-P, GPXP)

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 0.02% sodium azide. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes endogenous mouse Glutathione Peroxidase 3 (GPX3). Species Crossreactivity: Human, rat. Does not crossreact with recombinant human GPX1 or GPX2 in Western Blots.
