Glutathione

May be stored at 4 degree C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4 degree C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.|Note: We do not recommend adding glycerol as a cryopreservative.

Recognizes Glutathione. The antibody has been calibrated against a spectrum of antigens to assure hapten selectivity and proper affinity. No measurable glutaraldehyde-fixed tissue crossreactivity (<1:1000) against L-alanine, gamma-aminobutyrate, 1-amino-4-guanidobutane (AGB), D/L-arganine, D/L-aspartate, L-citrulline, L-cysteine, D/L-glutamate, D/L-glutamine, glycine, L-lysine, L-ornithine, L-serine, taurine, L-threonine, L-tryptophan, L-tyrosine. Does not discriminate between free GSH and GSSG.
