Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Reconstitute with sterile Tris-buffered saline, pH 7.3 (20mM Trizma base, 150mM sodium chloride) containing 0.1% BSA. Store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Specificity
Recognizes mouse Frizzled-8. Less than 5% crossreactivity with recombinant mouse Frizzled-1, Frizzled-2, Frizzled-3, Frizzled-4, Frizzled-6, Frizzled-7 and Frizzled-9.
