Frizzled 8 (FZD8)

May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes mouse Frizzled-8. In Direct ELISAs, shows approximately 15% crossreactivity with rmFrizzled-6 and no crossreactivity with rmFrizzled-1, -2, -3, -4, or -7.
