Frizzled 3 (FZD3)

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes mouse Frizzled 3. Does not crossreact with recombinant mouse Frizzled 1, 4, 7 or 8. By Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry, detects mouse Frizzled 3 on differentiated embryoid bodies derived from the mouse embryonic cell line, D3. Also detects Frizzled 3 on human HEK 293 cells by Immunocytochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Species Crossreactivity: human (HEK 293 cells)
