Fibroblast Growth Factor 6 (FGF6)

May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes human, recombinant Fibroblast Growth Factor 6 (FGF6). ~50% crossreactivity with rhFGF4, less than 5% crossreactivity with rhFGF9 and less than 2% crossreactivity with FGF-acidic, rhFGF5 and rhFGF7. In direct ELISA, this antibody shows no crossreactivity with other cytokines tested.
