Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (erbB, EGFR)

May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (erbB, EGFR). MW of Antigen:170kD (wild type) and 145kD (vIII variant). Does not react with mouse or rat. Blocks the binding of EGF to EGFR.
