CD274 (B7-h1 Protein, B7-H1, B7H1, PD-L1, PDCD1L1, PDCD1LG1, PDL1)

Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes human CD274 (B7-H4). Does not crossreact with recombinant human B7-1, -2, -H2, -H3, -H3b, -H4, recombinant human PD-L2, recombinant mouse B7-H1, recombinant rat B7-1 or B7-2.
