CD70 (Tnfsf7, CD27 Ligand)

Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes human CD27 Ligand. In Western Blot, shows no crossreactivity with recombinant mouse CD27 Ligand, recombinant human CD30 Ligand or recombinant human CD40 Ligand.
