Specificity
Recognizes human Integrin alpha 4. Specificity determined by immunoprecipitation from a detergent extract of 35S methionine-labeled lymphoid cells. No crossreactivity to alpha 1, alpha 2, alpha 3, alpha 5, alpha 6 or alpha V. Recognizes an epitope on the cytoplasmic domain of the protein. Epitope is intracellular. Species Crossreactivity: rat, chicken, hamster and mouse
