CD49e (Integrin alpha5)

May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes human Integrin alpha 5 at ~114kD. No crossreactivity to alpha 1, alpha 2, alpha 3, alpha 4, alpha 6 or alpha V. The antibody recognizes an epitope on the cytoplasmic domain of the protein, and is therefore, intracellular. Species Crossreactivity: chicken, mouse, rat and hamster.
