Specificity
Recognizes a cell surface glycoprotein of 80-95kD (CD44) on lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes. Reacts with red cells pretreated with 2-aminoethylisothiouronium bromide (AET). Species Crossreactivity: Human, baboon and green monkey. Does not crossreact with rat.
