Specificity
Recognizes the integrin beta 1 chain of human CD29. The antigen is not expressed on erythrocytes and only weakly stains granulocytes. Antigen distribution: T-cells 40+/-10%; CD4+ cells 40+/-20%; CD8+ cells 40+/-15%; B cells 20+/-5%.
