Biotin (PE)

May be stored at 4 degree C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4 degree C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.

Recognizes Biotin. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, anti-phycoerythrin, Biotin conjugated IgG and Biotin conjugated bovine serum albumin.
