Actin, Smooth Muscle

May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes human Actin, smooth muscle. Reacts with tumors arising from smooth muscles and myoepithelial cells. Stains smooth muscle cells in vessel walls, gut wall and myometrium. Myoepithelial cells in breast and salivary gland are also stained. Species Crossreactivity: baboon, bovine, rabbit, mouse, rat and chicken
