AAV5 Monoclonal Antibody

Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes intact AAV5 particles, both empty and full capsids. MBS533705 recognizes a conformational epitope of assembled capsids, not present in denatured and native unassembled capsid proteins. No cross-reaction with other AAV serotypes.
