Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight405 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Specificity

Specific for the canine ZO-2 protein (~160kD). Does exhibit crossreactivity with a few proteins of unknown identity in the 50-85kD region. Does not appear to crossreact with the related ZO-1 protein. Species crossreactivity: human and mouse.
