Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight405 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Specificity
Recognizes the ~130-160kD human ZO-2 protein, isoforms A or C. A band of unknown origin lower than 75kD may be observed in certain lysates. Species Crossreactivity: rat, canine, mouse
