Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight750 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes the 32kD apoptosis related protein designated TRAIL (TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand) and also as Apo-2L.TRAIL is a type II membrane protein expressed in a variety of tissues. Receptors for TRAIL have recently been identified and termed DR4 and DR5.
