Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes human PSD-95 at ~95kD. Crossreactivity with an unknown protein at ~50kD with rat brain homogenates but not with mouse brain homogenates. Reactivity confirmed with rat brain homogenates and lysates of PSD-95 transfected HEK293 cells. Species Crossreactivity: rat and mouse
