P2Y1 Receptor (P2RY1) (C-terminus) (MaxLight 650)

Store product at 4 degree C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes the mouse and rat P2Y1 receptor proteins. Reactivity is confirmed with mouse brain homogenates. On Western blots, a strong clear band ~63kD is exhibited. This molecular weight corresponds to a published report of the P2Y1 receptor; however, other publications have described this protein at 40 and 42kD.
