For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes p70 S6 kinase Mr ~64kD. In some cell lysates, an additional protein may be detected at a higher molecular weight. Crossreacts with rat, human and mouse.
