Neuropilin 1 (NP-1, Npn-1, NRP1) (MaxLight 490)

Store product at 4 degree C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight490 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes soluble and membrane-bound forms of human Neuropilin-1. On Western Blots, it identifies two bands, one at ~130-135kD representing the membrane-bound form and another at ~90kD for the soluble form. Reacts with human PC-3 prostate adenocarcinoma cell lysates. Species Sequence Homology: Chicken and frog Npn-1 (Mouse and rat crossreactivity is also possible).
