Recognizes recombinant truncated MYPT1 phosphorylated on Thr850 (chicken, Q90623), MW ~80kD. Species Crossreactivity: human (Thr853, O014974), mouse (Thr852, Q9DBR7) and rat (Thr855, Q10728).
