Lim3 (LHX3, P-Lim, Lim Region Containing Transcription Factor) (MaxLight 650)

Store product at 4 degree C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes mouse Lim3. Does not appear to crossreact with gsh-4 on tissue sections, but may crossreact in Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Species Crossreactivity: human, rat, frog, fish, LIM-3 protein from whole-mount fish embryo.
