For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recognizes human phosphorylated JNK, Mr 46kD and 55kD. Species Crossreactivity: rat, mouse. Expected to crossreact with Drosophila, C. elegans and chicken based on sequence homology.
