May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degree C. Stable for at least 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Specificity
Recognizes bovine Histone-H-3: 100%. Very low crossreactivity with Histone-H-core. Does not crossreact with Histone-H-1, Histone-H-2b or Histone-H-4.
