Specific for human OSP/Claudin-11. Single band at ~22kD is observed when using C5838-62 at 0.5mg/ml or less in mouse brain homogenates. An additional band of ~44kD representing the dimerized protein may be observed at 1ug/ml. Species Crossreactivity: mouse. Species Sequence Homology: rat
