Store product at 4 degree C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Specificity
Recognizes the ~22kD human Claudin-1 protein, and does not crossreact with Claudin-3. Reactivity has been confirmed with human Caco-2 and canine MDCK cell lysates and rat kidney homogenates by Western Blot and immunofluorescence, and with human skin tissue by immunohistochemistry.
