Storage Conditions
Store product at 4 degree C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20 degree C. Specificity
Recognizes the ~22kD human Claudin-1 protein, and does not crossreact with Claudin-3. Reactivity has been confirmed with human Caco-2 and canine MDCK cell lysates and rat kidney homogenates by Western Blot and immunofluorescence, and with human skin tissue by immunohistochemistry.
