CIDE-A, CT (Cell Death-inducing DFF-like Effector A) (MaxLight 750)

Store product at 4 degree C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight750 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes mouse CIDE-B (cell death inducing DFF-like effector A), a protein with homology to the N-terminal region of DFF45 (ICAD). CIDE-B expression has been reported to induce apoptosis in mammalian cells, which is inhibited by DFF45. Recognizes an epitope within the C-terminal region of CIDE-B and does not crossreact with CIDE-A.
