[CCR8]
NCBI Gene ID
1237
Reactivity
Human
Storage Conditions
Store product at 4 degree C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Specificity
Recognizes the chemokine receptor CCR8, which has been identified as a co-receptor for HIV infection. CCR8 is a receptor for the human chemokine 1-309 which is expressed on spleen, thymus and T lymphoblastic cell lines. Detects a band of approximately 50kD.
