Apolipoprotein AI (Apo AI) (APC)

May be stored at 4 degree C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive.

Recognizes human Apolipoprotein AI. This antibody reacts with the alpha region when reacted with whole human serum or highly purified Human Apo AI based on IEP. This antibody has a single arc in the gamma-region when the antibody is reactive with anti-goat whole serum and anti-goat IgG based on IEP. Crossreacts with mouse Apo AI.
