Antithrombin III (ATIII) (AP)

May be stored at 4 degree C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.

Recognizes human Antithrombin III (ATIII). Species Crossreactivity: feline, canine, equine, mouse and rat. Does not react with chicken, bovine, porcine, guinea pig, goat or rabbit. Reactivity against the sera of the listed species has been assessed by double diffusion using 10ul of antisera against 5ul of species sera.
