AMPK gamma 2 (5'-AMP-activated protein kinase, gamma-2 subunit, PRKAG2) (MaxLight 405)

Store product at 4 degree C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight405 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes the N-terminal region of the human AMPKgamma2 protein. On Western blots, it identifies a target band at ~63kD for human and ~62kD for mouse. Reactivity has been confirmed with human NGP96 neuroblastoma lysates, JEG-3 human placenta choriocarcinoma lysates, and mouse liver homogenates.
