FPL 62129 is an antagonist for calcium channel. FPL 62129 reduces blood pressure and total peripheral resistance, increases the cardiac contractility and cardiac output in anarsthetised beagle model. FPL 62129 also serves as a vasodilator and a direct decelerator[1].
